The technician Kyle was excellent informative, proactive polite, and extremely hard-working. It's was a hot sticky day and we had no idea where our tank was located. He found it and his first hole landed right on the cover of the tank. Really excellent; high order of confidence in him, and we will not hesitate to reach back out for the next pumping. We are former customers of Rick’s septic and are very confident in the new service that Rick chose to pick up his customers. Communication with the office was great too. Fun poop poetry on the telephone tree.Again, a definite five on the whole experience, and especially on the tech, who was terrific.
Kyle was knowledgeable and friendly and saved us money by doing only necessary work. He tried several different strategies until one worked to solve the issue. Very happy with the quality of the service call!
Matt was very informative. He took the time to explain the issues and made recommendations, making us feel at ease. Last year the septic got pumped but the filter never got cleaned at the same time, we didn’t have any idea there were further items to check. This last storm was a lot of water and the filter was plugged causing the tank to fill with water. Thank you Matt, you did a fantastic Job, 5 STARS ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
First I would recommend this company pumper jack to anyone who needs septic service. I called many others and left messages but never got any return calls. I called this company got to speak to a real person not a machine and they came and did a great job. Matt Dallas was the gentleman that came to do the job and a super great job he did. He was very knowledgeable,courteous,friendly, and may I add a very hard worker. And he was very respectful of property also. I would recommend even asking for him. This company and Matt was a very good choice for me. Thank you guys.

Having your septic back up into your basement is bad enough, but on a Sunday when businesses are closed is stressful!!! I called and spoke with Courtney who was ready to help immediately. Within a couple of hours our septic was clear and tank emptied and life back to normal! Kyle was very professional, helpful and worked quickly to get the problem resolved for us. Erica was exceptionally pleasant and so accommodating to help schedule a service that worked with our work schedule. We made several calls to set this up and all times she was so nice and very patient. Kyle came out to do the service he was very thorough and explained things, gave us advice and recommended service in one year.We have used Averdi in the past few years and they are the best. Got me scheduled right away!! Was able to be serviced the next day. I thought I found the right cover to my tank but I was wrong. Kyle helped me find it and dig it up. Excellent service, I will definitely be recommending them to all friends and using them again in the future!!
